What is Custom Jewelry?

Custom jewelry is a collaborative process where you and I work together to create a one-of-a-kind piece designed just for you. Before any work begins, I’ll provide a detailed cost analysis so you know what to expect. Once we decide to move forward, a 50% deposit is required to get started. Throughout the process, I’ll keep you updated every step of the way, sharing CAD illustrations and photos so you can see your project’s progress. I’ll also provide an estimated completion date so you know when to expect your finished piece. The remaining balance will be due upon completion.

Once finalized, we source only the highest quality materials to ensure your piece is truly exquisite. Finally, skilled artisans meticulously craft your, bringing your vision to life with precision and care.

The Creation

With a plan in place, you can begin the fun part—bringing your idea to life. This step involves executing your plan, adapting as needed, and pouring your creativity into the project.

Often times this will include wax models for a tangible example of your design to ensure we have captured your ultimate vision. We select the best skilled craftsman for your unique vision.

Lifetime of enjoyment

Finally, take a moment to appreciate your hard work and the results of your effort. Whether it's sharing your creation with others or simply enjoying it yourself, this is the rewarding culmination of your custom process. Feel free to ask for any specific adjustments or additional projects!

Are Refunds Available for Custom Jewelry?

Custom jewelry is a unique product created specifically for you, making it non-refundable. My process often involves removing stones and melting gold from jewelry you no longer wear, which means these materials can’t be restored to their original state.

What If I Change My Mind?

I completely understand that circumstances can change. However, the deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to stop work on your project, I’ll notify the craftspersons involved and return any property that can still be reclaimed. Please note that if your gold was used as the deposit, it cannot be returned. Similarly, the purchase or refinement of fine metals and gemstones is considered final sale.
